Authorised to practise Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical / Electronics Engineering in Zambia.
Patents and Companies Registration Agency
Incorporated as a company limited by shares on 4 October 2012, formerly known as Ulmart Trading Limited until 24 March 2017.
Zambia Revenue Authority
Duly registered for tax purposes and issued a tax clearance certificate under section 81B of the Income Tax Act (CAP 323).
National Pension Scheme Authority
Certified compliant with statutory pension contribution obligations for all employees.
Workers’ Compensation Fund Control Board
Registered and compliant with the provisions of the Workers’ Compensation Act No. 10 of 1999 of the Laws of Zambia.
